Pflegeversicherungsbeiträge für freiwillig versicherte Minijobber

Wer freiwillig in der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung versichert ist und einen Minijob ausübt, muss aus dem Minijob-Lohn den Beitrag zur gesetzlichen Pflegeversicherung zahlen.

Das Landessozialgericht Rheinland-Pfalz hat entschieden, dass Selbstständige und andere freiwillig Versicherte für einen neben der Hauptbeschäftigung ausgeübten Minijob Beiträge zur gesetzlichen Pflegeversicherung zahlen müssen. Für den Minijob muss ein freiwillig Versicherter zwar keine Krankenversicherungsbeiträge zahlen, weil der Arbeitgeber bereits den Pauschalbetrag gezahlt hat. In der Pflegeversicherung zahlt der Arbeitgeber aber keinen Pauschalbetrag, weshalb die Beitragspflicht bestehen bleibt.
