Gesetz zur späteren Fälligkeit der Sozialversicherungsbeiträge

Das Bundesland Sachsen hat vorgeschlagen, die alte Fälligkeit der Sozialversicherungsbeiträge im Folgemonat wieder herzustellen.

Sachsen hat den lobenswerten Versuch gestartet, die im Jahr 2005 beschlossene Vorverlagerung der Fälligkeit der Sozialversicherungsbeiträge wieder rückgängig zu machen. Das Land hat einen entsprechenden Gesetzentwurf in den Bundesrat eingebracht, der jetzt zunächst dort beraten und dann an den Bundestag weitergeleitet wird. Dieser Beitrag zur Entbürokratisierung wäre jedenfalls dank der derzeit gut gefüllten Kassen der Sozialversicherung ohne weiteres finanzierbar.
