Anhebung des Mindestlohns für 2017 auf 8,84 Euro

Der gesetzliche Mindestlohn von 8,50 Euro pro Stunde steigt zum 1. Januar 2017 auf 8,84 Euro pro Stunde.

Seit 2015 gilt in Deutschland ein gesetzlicher Mindeststundenlohn von 8,50 Euro. Alle zwei Jahre ist jedoch eine Erhöhung des Mindestlohns vorgesehen. Die Bundesregierung hat daher im Oktober die Mindestlohnanpassungsverordnung beschlossen. Damit steigt der gesetzliche Mindestlohn zum 1. Januar 2017 um 34 Cent auf 8,84 Euro. Die Erhöhung basiert auf dem Vorschlag der Mindestlohnkommission vom 28. Juni 2016, von dem die Bundesregierung nicht abweichen kann. Die nächste Erhöhung des Mindestlohns steht in zwei Jahren - also 2019 - an.
