Erleichterter Zugang zum Kurzarbeitergeld auch 2023

Die erleichterten Zugangsvoraussetzungen zum Kurzarbeitergeld einschließlich der Möglichkeit, Leiharbeiter zu berücksichtigen, gelten auch in der ersten Jahreshälfte 2023.

Erneut hat das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales die erleichterten Zugangsregelungen beim Kurzarbeitergeld verlängert. Diese gelten nun vorerst bis zum 31. Juni 2023 weiter. In dieser Zeit wird auf den Aufbau negativer Arbeitszeitsalden verzichtet und der Antrag auf Kurzarbeitergeld ist bereits möglich, wenn nur 10 % statt normal 30 % der Beschäftigten von Arbeitsausfall betroffen sind. Außerdem bleibt die Öffnung des Kurzarbeitergelds für Leiharbeitnehmer weiter bestehen.
